Oversees Veggie Van and Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) Programs, and develops partnerships with over 20 community organizations to reduce barriers to healthy living and combat chronic disease. For example, works collaboratively with Kent County Health Department, United Way, Cherry Health and others to identify health resources gaps and develop action plans to create appropriate programming to support healthy behaviors. Manages the sustainability of the Veggie Van and oversees the coordination of local produce and vendor contracts with urban corner stores to benefit local farmers and increase food access in vulnerable neighborhoods. Spearheaded the implementation of the Kent School Service Network's school therapy program at Westwood Middle School. Administer assessment to determine psycho-social needs of adolescents, and formulate and implement individual and family centered treatment plans to strengthen and reunite families,and support individual growth in school, home, and community settings. Provide crisis intervention, transportation, and referrals to other services depending on the level of patient care.

Managed the operations and 12-person residential team of 4 units of mental health patients. Ensured a secure environment, planned and supervised therapeutic activities for 40 residential clients ages 12 - 18. Kept detailed documentation of patient information to assist in admission and discharges.
