Testing Manager:• Improved quality by creating test strategies, defect (test problem report) strategies, project plans, designing project performance, and defect metrics for management reporting. • Improved integrated testing tool utilized for IBM’s largest in-house SAP implementation by creating test suite concept and functionality in Rational Quality Manager and specifications for management reporting. • Demonstrated proficiency in Hewlett Packard (HPQC, HPALM, QTP) and Rational (Rational Quality Manager, ClearQuest, Rational Requirements Module) testing tools. • Led teams of over 50 testing and functional professionals in project testing direction and defect resolution, providing management with confidence for sending projects to cutover and “go-live” status.
