Glen is currently a Managing Consultant with Stevenson Search Partners, where he leads and directs the execution of executive search assignments in the life sciences sector. Glen has done work with clients in the top five global pharmaceutical companies, mid-sized pharma and biotech firms, and small, innovative, and growing technology companies.Prior to joining Stevenson, Glen worked at Stanton Chase International's Baltimore office, where he served as the Director of Research and Candidate Development. He managed all aspects of the research and candidate development processes, interacted with clients/HR managers, and maintained weekly office-wide assignment reports and lead weekly staff updates/meetings. Glen also managed the internal and off-site research staff in both the U.S. and worldwide in support of staffing and recruitment initiatives. Glen began his career in executive recruiting in 1996 as a research associate with a boutique retained search firm in Virginia, eventually rising to the position of Director of Research, but also doing candidate development. In 2005, he joined AGResearch International, LLC., to lead the firm's research activities in pharmaceuticals, biotech and medical devices, and was the Stevenson Search Partners account lead at that time.
