With more than four years of experience in this role, I have overseen the operation of more than 80 IT applications, successfully developed new workflows to consult 1.4 million citizens, and drafted and implemented the law on the yearly EUR 2.6 million participatory budgeting program. Published an open-source software on Covid-19 testing, recognized by a European Commission report as good practice. Together with my fantastic team, we've created a vibrant new online home for Budapest at budapest.hu.I have been a re:constitution Fellow, conducting research at Leiden University and the Polish Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. I hold an LL.M. in Comparative Constitutional Law from Central European University (with distinction). I have expertise in the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary, and I have published several articles on these topics. The participatory budget of EUR 2.6 million yearly has been managed under my leadership, with a significant turnout of 25,000 last year.Artificial Intelligence: Cooperation with the Hungarian Institute for Legal Sciences on the impact of new regulatory regimes on AI and data for City Hall.
