My team was able to secure enterprise virtualization projects that lead to other opportunities. One example was outsourcing the entire IT Department for a client,managing over 200 employees and multiple locations throughout the southeast United States in 2011. In 2012 I was the senior project manager for client project to develop a software that would integrate with an ERP platform to provide real time graphical and statistical data. The custom software Glades Tech developed helped our client gather data and apply business intelligence to help management and sales staff with Forecasting, Materials Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Shipment tracking, Sales Trends, Customer relations and Accounting.
