    After our prior CTO departed in July 2021, I was appointed Acting Head of Engineering, reporting directly to the CEO. I also interviewed over 100 candidates, including engineers, product managers, and VPs of product, design, and operations.• Executed organizational changes to better align the team structure with business needs• Instituted an incident management process leveraging Jira and Confluence• Represented the technology organization at the executive level, including presentations to the board of directors• Managed SaaS vendor relationships and contracts, including Stripe, Twilio, and AWS
