Research interests focus on innovation and technological change, EU financial tools, labour markets, skills and regional growth

Led the following main areas of operations:- DYPA's €2B RRF investment program which includes upskilling programs targeted at 500.000 persons- Projects funded through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and other EU sources- Collaborations with tech industry leaders to develop innovative upskilling initiatives- Digitization of core functions ranging from benefits payments to skills profiling

Board member representing the Greek Government at e-EFKA, Greece's national social security fund. e-EFKA is the country's single insurance fund and covers all employees of the private and public sector. The Fund's annual income is 3,6 billion euros.

- Coordinator in charge of the Ministry's EU Recovery Plan project design and implementation- Responsible for monitoring and optimizing the implementation of EU funding programmes- Project manager for initiatives focusing on digitization, upskilling and reskilling

- Coordinator of the Minister's team of environmental policy advisors- Supervised the drafting of Greece's sustainability-related investment proposals for the EU Recovery Plan- Point person for guidance on the design and implementation of investment projects with a focus on renewable energy - In charge of the Ministry's negotiations with the EU Commission on issues including the decarbonisation of the Public Power Corporation (DEH) and the shift towards a circular economy model- Project manager for legislative iniatives on environmental law reform (law 4685/2020) and recycling

The main objective of the Hellenic blockchain Hub as an organization and network is to contribute to the promotion of blockchain / DLT (Distributed Ledger Technologies & Distributed) technologies and the development of standards and applications in sectors of the economy and society.

- Policy design with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability- Responsible for legislative agenda and speechwriting- Regularly consulted with stakeholders and international investors from different sectors (mainly finance, energy, technology and environment)

- Co-authored policy reports for the European Commission (DG Enterprise, DG Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs)- Published research focused on new technologies (including Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, blockchain, optimal recycling) and their impact on sustainable growth- Performed econometric modelling and data analysis to study developments in cross-industry clusters, supply chains, advanced manufacturing and R&D
