In my current role as a Junior RPA Analyst, I am responsible for maintaining and enhancing RPA processes that interact with various tools and applications, including:- Managing and maintaining Windows Server environments;- Developing and optimizing PowerShell scripts to automate processes;- Making adjustments and improvements to RPAs that work with systems like SAP, Selenium, SQL, and PowerShell, ensuring efficient and seamless automation;- Generating detailed reports for the project management team, providing insights on automation outcomes and areas for improvement;- Providing maintenance and monitoring for existing automated processes to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation.These responsibilities allow me to continuously expand my technical expertise while ensuring that our automation solutions remain robust and aligned with business objectives.

- Maintenance and monitoring of production robots to ensure the proper functioning of automated solutions;Handling incidents and requests through the ServiceNow platform;- Code validation of RPAs in development to gain technical understanding of the processes;- Deployment of new robots (workflows) in the production environment.

Developing projects to automate web processes using the Selenium framework, including process mapping, detailed analysis, and the creation of functional specifications.Providing maintenance and monitoring for existing processes.

- Conducting manual testing and using tools such as Postman and Kibana for automated tests;- Documenting issues and tracking progress using Jira software;- Identifying improvements and reporting bugs to enhance overall performance.

Integrating platforms, ERPs, and marketplaces with the Plugg.to system, generating the necessary credentials for each integration. Interacting with clients via email and WhatsApp, as well as conducting video calls whenever possible to resolve client issues and inquiries.

Providing customer support via email and Blip Desk (WhatsApp), assisting clients with connecting to marketplaces, logistics, and/or desired platforms through Plugg.to. Additionally, performing data analysis using spreadsheets and systems such as SOAP and Jira.

Editing product information through the Plugg.To system and Excel spreadsheets, adding distinctive attributes for each marketplace, and ensuring the product is properly listed in the client's catalog to arrive at the marketplace in optimal condition.

I assisted in the e-commerce department by registering SKUs on marketplaces and Vtex, as well as monitoring the status of existing listings. I provided customer support through WhatsApp and email, managed product inventory by creating spreadsheets, and processed invoices using the Bling and Protheus systems.

I worked as an apprentice in the Accounts Payable department for a brief period and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and routine of this sector. I assisted my supervisor with processing all company payments at the bank, managed the filing of invoices, and recorded payment transactions in the ERP system Protheus.

I had a great opportunity to start my professional career in a reputable company with excellent team colleagues in the Transportation department. As an apprentice, my tasks were not highly advanced; I processed invoices, managed the tracking of packages arriving from the postal service, and assisted in fleet management. Due to the trust placed in me, I gained the experience of covering my supervisor's vacation, taking on the responsibility of overseeing the Transportation department, creating driver routes, and performing other related tasks.
