I've always believed throughout the journey of my career that your success is my success. There isn't a secret recipe that I keep to myself because I want to make certain that everyone benefits from it. Sharing my experiences and knowledge is crucial to the success of those I work with to ensure we're all working together towards the end goal. My career started in live production within the hospitality industry, where I've had the pleasure to work with dynamic teams and deliver productions that well exceeded my own expectations for 14 years. Building a functional team was a key component in the success that was achieved during my tenure. I knew that if I put my team first, the customer experience and the numbers would always come together. I was afforded the opportunity to transition to the healthcare/IT industry, which allowed me to leverage my previous experience to learn something completely new. This did not come without it's challenges to adapt and understand the nuances of the healthcare/IT world which is ever evolving. I started just over 5 years ago with implementations for HL7 interfaces, then transitioned into the product owner team where I have been apart of developing a propriety SAAS application for the last 2 1/2 years.When I'm not working I'm most likely spending time chipping away at the honey do list and spending time with my wife & 2 kids creating wonderful memories and experiences for them to have and cherish.
