My career has been a journey of learning and reinvention, with education at its core. Each chapter has brought new challenges and opportunities, shaping who I am and the work I do today.I started in engineering, honing my problem-solving and innovation skills while working with industry leaders such as IBM and AT&T. Afterward, I transitioned into financial services, where I spent more than a decade driving strategy and optimizing systems to deliver impactful results.Eventually, I found my way to education and mission-driven work, where I feel most at home. Over the past decade, I’ve been fortunate to serve in roles that allowed me to contribute to meaningful change—leading a private school, evaluating U.S. Department of Education grants, and now, serving as the CEO of an organization dedicated to transforming lives and communities through education, coaching, and counseling.Along the way, I’ve also found joy in supporting others. Whether mentoring growth-oriented nonprofit leaders or hosting conversations on the TLC Connections Podcast, I’m continually inspired by the passion and dedication of people working to make a difference. My path hasn’t been linear, but each step has taught me something new. I’m grateful for the experiences that have brought me here and for the opportunity to keep learning, growing, and contributing. If our paths align, I’d love to connect and share ideas.
