• Investment evaluations, sensitivity analysis & proposal bids preparation covering a wide range of Assets (Oil Companies, Petrol Stations, Bunkers, Depots, Pipelines,) & activities (9 subsidiaries). • Divestments studies, Post Valuations & Viability Studies, Operational & Financial reporting, variance analysis, preparation of advanced Profitability Models.• Business plan Preparation for International Subsidiaries, Monitoring Variances, and Corrective Actions.

• Responsible for ensuring internal audit requirements are fulfilled in accordance with Internal Audit Department Charter, Internal Audit Procedures and External legislation/regulatory policies.• Preparing Internal Policies and Procedures Manuals towards establishing an effective Internal Control System Framework.• Standardizing Processes and ensuring adherence to financial and operational control policies and procedures centered on risk management. • Drafting Internal Audit reports and conducting Internal Audit of 4 Balkan International Subsidiaries and in various operating departments (Sales, Procurement, Customer Credit, and Accounting Departments).

• Assessment of Internal Controls under SOX Framework (National Bank of Greece).• Participation in the implementation of new processes and corrective action plans to ensure SOX compliance (Deposits, Corporate & Personal Loans).• Identification of key controls, assessment of controls for design deficiencies, test of operating effectiveness in compliance.• External Audit of Financial Statements compiled under IFRS (EYDAP, Endesa, Areva, Luxotica).
