He is a nationally certified guardian and is currently the President of Veritas Athena LLC, a company that specializes in family solutions involving incapacity of an elder such as power of attorney, representative payee, VA fiduciary, guardianship or conservatorship. Formerly he was the CEO of the Second District Court in Albuquerque NM. As CEO he developed many programs designed to assist low income individuals. He takes special concern for those least fortunate and designed free legal clinics throughout the Albuquerque metro area. In Albuquerque he was responsible for implementing the Elder and Disability Initiative in the so as to focus on ensuring successful guardianships and conservatorships. In following his passion he has lobbied the New Mexico legislature extensively regarding protection of the elderly and disabled. While at Tyler his expertise was advising courts in California with adoption of advanced technology. He has extensive knowledge of public and private sector goals. His strongest skills are in business process analysis, relationship development and management, and strategic planning. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of technology adoption in public sector environments. He has advanced and executive level skill and ability to manage and conduct lobbying efforts with key decision makers. He can lead technology innovation for wide variety of clients with varying levels of sophistication .Is calm, objective, and a bulldog towards revenue goals and objectives with a passion for client service.He holds two master's degrees in administration from the University of Denver, College of Law. He has been recognized to speak nationwide and has often coached court organizations in subjects such as caseflow management, electronic document filing, and best practices for litigants who represent themselves pro se.
