I am presently in the process of winding down a successful 35 year career as a systems and network engineer to pursue my passions for real estate investment, scuba diving, and world travel. I am very lucky to live in Charleston, South Carolina where it is easy to pursue these particular passions.The plan for 2015:Network Engineering - Support at least one project involving network security, wireless data and voice, and/or cloud infrastructure.Real Estate Investing - Purchase and hold at least one additional multifamily complex, complete at least six rehab for sale projects, and complete at least one business investment project.Diving - Continue conducting training at Charleston Scuba, lead the Belize Aggressor trip in April, and lead two trips to Saba in July and October.
