Onder supervisie bedienen bij diners, lunches, brunches en recepties, zelfstandig opnemen en afrekenen van bestellingen, klaarmaken en bereiden van dranken en simpele gerechten, oplossen van problemen met klanten, controle van hygiëne en aansturen van medewerkers op de locatie ‘Riddertenten’.
