I have over 15 years of experience in scaling and transforming sales teams and operations for FinTech companies, from Series A to C, to PE and Exit stages.Currently, I am Managing Director, Americas at NeoXam, where I sit on the firms group executive committee reporting to the CEO, with responsibly for P/L and go-to-market for the region. NeoXam, through it's end-to-end Investment Data Solutions offering, looks to transform the data and reporting architecture of the world’s leading buy and sell-side institutions through our award-winning products, DataHub and Impress. Previously, I was Vice President of Sales, Americas for Sylvera and Chief Revenue Officer at Kaiko, where I accelerated revenue growth from 200% to 300% year-over-year, increased the sales pipeline by 300%, and expanded the sales and marketing team from 3 to 20+. I also managed the Series B fundraise of €53M, the largest ever raise by a French female founder. Before that, I was the Head of Sales, Americas at Duco, where I consistently exceeded sales targets, closed deals with global strategic accounts, and grew the New York office from 2 to 28 people.
