He sold GT Construction in 1996 and he and his family relocated to San Diego, where Glenn worked as a Project Manager for Nielsen Dillingham Builders. While working at NDB he was assigned to manage the Sempra Energy Utilities account. Glenn has been able to maintain a relationship with Sempra Energy which has led him to where he is today. In February of 2005, Glenn formed PRAVA Construction Services, Inc., serving Sempra Energy, San Diego Gas & Electric and Southern California Gas Company.
