Director Of Information Technology
Current- Plan, implement, and monitor security measures to ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure at 12 locations across four states. - Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals. - Oversee systems development and enhancement and the integration of new systems.- Work with management to develop strategies and plans to enhance client services, improve user effectiveness, and foster innovation. - Communicate regularly with executive management and all users of information services and systems. - Develop the IT staff to meet the changing needs of users, groups and offices; new projects and technologies; and varying staff strengths. - Manage IT staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, guidance, discipline and discharge. - Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users. - Manage financial aspects of the IT Division, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review. - Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements. - Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to deploy resources and manage multiple projects. - Understand technology trends and strategic impact of technology on business processes. - Ability to predict, analyze, and manage cultural and technological changes to accomplish enterprise objectives. - Strong ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and perform technical research. - Exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a technological and customer-orientated environment. - Communicate effectively with vendors, employees, and senior management. http://www.preceptwine.com
