Tower Arch Capital, based outside of Salt Lake City, Utah, makes control investments across a wide range of industries in companies in the U.S. with EBITDA between $5 million and $25 million. Tower Arch seeks to partner with strong management teams and entrepreneurs to provide them with significant liquidity while still maintaining ownership in their business. While at Tower Arch, I modeled and analyzed business, industry, financial, legal, and other diligence items and assisted in financing, negotiating, and in drafting legal documents for Tower Arch's acquisition of CTSI, CTSI's acquisition of Baltimore Sound and CSI, and Softvision's acquisition of Momentus and Arrow Digital. I also worked with firm partners and executive management teams of Softvision, CTSI, and Pathline-Emerge to help determine long-term strategic plans and assist in solving business issues and with financial reporting.

Nomura provides comprehensive financial advisory, capital raising, financing and risk management services to corporations, and financial institutions worldwide.
