Leading AGC Glass Company's Field Sales Teams efforts in the Midwest, South and Western Sales Regions. Solar and Export sales.

Sales and Business Development for Solar Glass Division in North America. Manage and direct the sales activities for AGC Solar's Solar Glass business primarily in North America. Responsible for all facets of the commercial relationship with Solar Module Manufacturers.

Directed sales activities for the US Building Products Division in the Midwest & Western regions which included Mexico. responsible for four direct reports which involved mentoring,developing, while being involved with their activities. Additionally responsible for Key Account and National Account Strategy and execution as well as direct responsibility for major customer relationships

Directed and managed the sales efforts for five regional manufacturing operations. Worked with and influenced the efforts of a number of sales representatives to develop opportunities from within AGC customer base for the IG Glass Division which was focused on outsourcing the manufacture of insulated glass requirements for those customers. The division expanded from three to five units in the US prior to be promoted to Business Development position within the Building Products Group.

Over this period of time I worked in three different regions within the US (relocation invovled)*Mid South Region *Upper Midwest Region *NY - NJ - Mid Atlantic RegionResponsible for territory development through expansion of customer base and product penetration increasing market share within a given territory. Meet and exceed sales budgets, forecast sales, negotiate pricing and provide comprehensive customer service. I was responsible for developing specific actionable plans to meeting sales plans and increasing sales with customers in territory.
