CONTROLLING AND REPORTING:• Creation and monitoring of CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure) allowing to get more detailed information about Drilling and Workover costs.• Monitoring and control of CAPEX and OPEX for Vaca Muerta and Neuquén Basin, evaluating the fulfillment of objectives and detecting in detail any type of deviation from what was planned.• Leadship of follow-up meetings with responsible areas for analysis of deviations, proposing immediate actions or developing action plans for subsequent stages of the project.• Consolidation and preparation of periodic reports of the area. BUDGET• Planning and monitoring of well cost, based on different well designs, price assumptions and macroeconomic assumptions.• Elaboration and monitoring of the OPEX Budget of each area in Neuquén Basin. This activity includes the analysis of deviations (vs. Bgt and vs AFE), development and updating of Monthly Reports and Control Boards, coordination of meetings with the areas involved.

• Responsible for Purchases of HSE, Waste Management, PPE, Catering, Automotive, Hydrochloric Acid, Nitrogen, Compressed Gas categories, among others, for Neuquén, Comodoro Rivadavia, Mendoza and Buenos Aires, Argentina.• Creation of purchase orders through SAP, in response to requirements of materials or services.• Price negotiation with suppliers, and new contracts.• Creation and analysis of KPIs.• Generation and calculation of savings.• Preparation of bidding documents for new tenders.• Supplier performance measurement.
