As Executive Director, she enhances collaboration and excellence at ISICANA, a Binational Center supported by American Spaces and fostered by the U.S. Department of State. Her initiatives led to the establishment of IJICANA, actively pursuing BNC recognition to expand its educational impact.In her consulting role over the last four years, Guadalupe has spearheaded projects including a collaboration on a homeschooling model (IA) that integrates immigrant families into the U.S. educational system. She initiated a bilingual school and designed innovative tertiary programs at the BNC. Additionally, she developed a conceptual model for using exclusive land in the Caribbean for upscale projects, paving the way for a foreign-capital joint venture. She was also an independent consultant at the foreign capital export company Sea Imports Inc., in the restructuring of its organizational structure.Currently, Guadalupe leads a project in Argentina on reliability engineering and predictive maintenance through artificial intelligence, funded by foreign investment and set for implementation in the next biennium.Previously, as a founding partner and treasurer/secretary at a renewable energy firm, she showcased her executive board capabilities.Her educational achievements include Human Resource Management and Managerial Skills Development from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, enhanced by further studies in Business Administration and strategic management at Universidad Católica de Salta.
