Rotation 1 - Clinical Operations, Healthcare Division:Oversee complex Utilization management programs with a focus on issue resolution.Plan and implement complex healthcare programs.Ensure Return on investment (ROI) is measured and meeting goals for healthcare program.Establish Collaborative working relationships with vendor partners to ensure Cost of Care goals are met.

Utilize Excel to track and analyze survey data of over 3,000 employees, collect employee insights and create visualizations on key indices tracked year to year. With these visualizations we assess areas of improvement and identify pain points for our employees.Develop and implement innovative personal and professional development programming for BIPOC interns which resulted in an improved experience and increased retention of interns.Present strategic planning to key internal stakeholders in Human Resources regarding employee insights, this in turn provides stakeholders with valuable knowledge on how to better align the workforce to the organizations long-term goals. Researched employee experiences and submitted reports on the state of the organizations culture leading to recertification as a Great Place to Work.

Improved efficiency in the workplace by effectively managing internal communications and correspondence. Created and maintained feedback system. This enabled employees to thrive in a psychologically safe workplace, which in turn led to overall standards improvement within staff and improved customer service.
