• Ran Vertu Concierge operations and led the product team managing Vertu’s Lifestyle mobile app.• Devised and headed a change management project to renew and enhance the Concierge experience, dealing with operations in China, Russia, UK, US, UAE and Europe.• As the product owner of Vertu's Lyfestyle Mobile App I reshaped its strategic vision and prioritized the requirements behind a new software version.

• Devised and managed the lifecycle of Vertu’s Ayxta, Ascent, Quest, Constellation T and Vertu Ti collections.• Launched over 40 new product extensions representing 35% of Vertu’s revenue for the period.• Responsible for all co-branded products, including Ferrari, Zegna, Amex Centurion and guest designers.• Implemented first-time ever materials to the mobile industry such as carbon fibers, exotic leathers, metals and coatings - key to strengthen Vertu’s brand, target different consumer segments and introduce new price points.
