Events Officer
Current• Working with relevant internal and external contacts to scope, design, plan and deliver events work delivered by the AMRC Marketing and Communications Team. These events are held at the AMRC facilities, but also third-party industry events.• Producing detailed reports, proposals, briefings and budgets for use with the wider Marketing andCommunications Team, colleagues and stakeholders as required.• Coordinate all elements of events. In particular, with wider Marketing and Communications Team (design, digital, communications, marketing) alongside wider stakeholders (including H&S, security, logistics, the Hospitality team, AMRC Partners and wider groups across the University of Sheffield) as required.• Lead on all matters related to strategic events for the AMRC. In particular, maintain a strong and thorough overview of all events and related activities being taken forward by the Marketing and Communications Team.
