Support the new-units and services teams in their proposals by performing Wind Resource Assessments, Annual Energy Production estimates, and Turbine Layout Optimizations;Translate measured wind conditions to wind resource characterizations and generate input conditions to Mechanical Loads Assessments;Develop solutions to increase customer value and enable digital wind farm optimization;Communicate and provide recommendations through analysis, preparation, and presentation of technical material to internal and external audiences;Collaborate with internal and external customers to advance internal and industry initiatives;Contribute to the creation of customer facing technical documents;Highly motivated, self-starter, energetic, positive, flexible in changing environments;Ability to demonstrate a structured approach to problem solving, learning agility;Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms;Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in project teams in an international environment;Proficiency in MS Office tools;Wind Resource Assessment or any wind-related engineering and technology experience;Familiarity with OpenWind, Windographer, GIS tools, and/or Wind Turbine micro-siting;Field instrumentation, test and/or validation experience.
