(2) Performed thermomechanical, structural, or dynamic FEA using ANSYS APDL and validated models through experiments.• Thermal and Fluid: Utilized ANSYS Mechanical to quantify transient temperature and thermo-mechanical stresses in laser-based material processing and induction heating. Applied multiphysics simulations including boiling, evaporation, fluid dynamics, and solidification, and modeled multiphase interactions such as vapor/liquid/solid in laser welding, droplet spreading and solidification, gas bubble formation and movement, and shielding gas flow by using ANSYS Fluent, C++ user-defined functions, and MatLab.
