●Designed 100A/600V PWM power supply system for China Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemicals Co. Utilized IGBT as switching elements in support of buck convertor. Applied IGBT built in diode as freewheeling diode to solve IGBT switching fault problem. Implemented PID circuit by OP-AMP outputting control signal for Pulse Width Modulation. Developed C program supporting communication and control on MCU. Erection, commissioning and start-up on site.●Developed 1000A/24V switching mode power supply system for Zhuzhou Smelter Group. Designed three-phase bridge, H bridge and high frequency transformer based circuit.  Designed circuit with four channels output controlling duty circle of IGBTs. Developed control circuit PCB in support of constant current output.  Programmed MCU in support of system monitoring and data transmission. ●Joint in 20kA/700V thyristor rectifier power supply system project for Solvic N.V(Belgium). Designed Homonymous Inverse Parallel-connection Three-phase Bridge circuit rectifying AC input to 20kA/700V DC output on thyristor. Paralleled four thyristors in each arm to meet the need of high current. Designed phase-shift trigger circuit changing thyristor’s conduction angle to control the output. Programmed MCU in control circuit generating trigger pulse for thryistor control. Developed PLC program to monitor and alarm the system.

 Built simulation model in support of system development on Simulink. Soldered components onto circuit board to test the system. Developed PLC and SCADA in support of monitoring and alarming module for rectifier system.
