In September 2018, after the ODP of Liulin CBM Project was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the joint operation project department was established by the Chinese and foreign parties, serving as the general manager of the joint operation project department, responsible for organizing the implementation of 300 million square meters annual capacity construction task of Liulin Project and the management of the whole project department.
