I am proud of having been in the biologics industry to deliver life-saving therapies of both plasma-derived and recombinant proteins to patients for more than two decades with growing responsibilities in process development, manufacturing science & technology, manufacturing, tech transfer and plant general management. Currently I lead a passionate CMC and manufacturing team at TJ Biopharma to develop and commercialize FIC/BIC immuno-oncology and autoimmune biologics. Prior to TJ Bio, I held technical leadership positions on developing and manufacturing biologics at Luye Pharma, Shire/Baxter, CSL Behring and Bayer.A chemical engineer by training, I received a PhD from North Carolina State University, a master’s degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a bachelor’s degree from Dalian University of Technology. I also received an MBA from Duke University, where I graduated as a Fuqua Scholar.
