Center for Cell Reprogramming

Being involved in the project research of Ewing Sarcoma. Maintained cell lines. Investigated drug efficacy on Ewing Sarcoma via western blot, Crystal Violet staining, and cell cycle analysis etc. Organized and regularly update lab notes and experiment results.

Involved in project of the role of FoxM1 regulating MMPs in Ewing sarcoma. Investigated the effect of FoxM1 gene on regulating the MMPs' protein. Observed protein expression and activity difference via cell culture, western blot and Zymography. Composed poster to demonstrate the research results.

Served as a research assistant in Cell Genetics and Molecular Regulation Key Laboratory,TNU. Being involved in project research of The Role of Nucleolar Protein. Studied the metastasis of tumor cells. Assisted in experiments like western blot, Southern, blot, Northern blot, plasmid extraction, immunoprecipitation, Fluorescent staining, Molecular clone, and Sucrose gradient to extract centrosome etc.
