I am an investment manager in Hotung Venture Group, which is a listed venture company in Singapore stock exchange. We are interested in varied industry fields including AI, IoT, cloud service, wide band transmission technology, healthcare, sustainable energy, etc. Before joining Hotung, I was an analyst of Business Integration Department for Uni-President Enterprises (1216 TT), an international food conglomerate based in Taiwan. I am responsible for assisting investment managers with M&A deals including evaluating targets, building financial models, executing due diligence, etc. Prior to this role, I served as the management associate and PR of Yuanta Futures (6023 TT). I addressed overseas operations with foreign exchanges and clearing brokers (e.g., CME, SGX), evaluated the overseas strategies for the company and also maintained relationships with public interest groups.
