Her clients include the Smithsonian, CERN, The Cherokee Nation, Boston Medical Center, The Princeton Review, Royal Caribbean, and many more.As a trainer at CAFFEstrategies.com, Meghan specializes in bringing groups or individuals together and building trust with her partner and TED Speaker, Genein Letford. Together, they run workshops using games and stories to create transformative experiences in cultural bridge building. Meghan is the founder of CulturaConnector.com, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to Cultural Media Recruiting which helps members of cultures advise companies on the proper representation of their culture in games, stories, media, and education. This free global directory removes the barriers around locating cultural advisors available to assist organizations in the depiction of cultures and ethnicities in media and other outlets in a way that is both appropriate and accurate.Working side by side with advisors from around the world, her company and team of global specialists create custom story and game based projects that are sensitive, appropriate, and educational.Meghan has also been a cultural game design project manager for the Smithsonian and the University of Georgia, STEM Curriculum Designer for CERN and The Princeton Review, and a story-based adventure designer and staff trainer for Royal Caribbean Cruises (providing educational adventures for their 6 million clients a year).
