As a Chapter Lead, my role encompasses direct team management, mentoring, and the establishment of internal flows and processes with the aim of supporting the rapid growth of the company.To enhance team members' skills and retain resources, I created a system of specific training paths built around the personal interests of each team member. These training paths are constructed based on each individual's vision for their professional growth over a 12-month period and are divided into four quarterly blocks. At the end of each block, a review of the plan is conducted to evaluate progress and make any necessary adjustments.To increase cross-departmental information exchange and foster a sense of teamwork, I structured a biweekly 1-to-1 shuffle system where pairs are randomly selected. The pair is responsible for autonomously organizing a call where they explain their respective projects to each other. This activity has been crucial in building a culture of mutual exchange within a fully remote consulting company where individuals often work on different projects and are unfamiliar with each other's assignments, skills and passions.To improve the quality of hiring and reduce the time required to find the right candidate, I established a structured hiring flow. The flow begins with identifying the skills needed for the team and culminates in a standardized evaluation format that allows for objective comparison of different candidates based on the required characteristics.

As a SeniornUser Experience designer, I was responsible for the definizion of flowcharts and wireframes for ENI's carpooling service, "enjoy." I collaborated closely with the UI team and ensured seamless handoff to development.With a goal to bring digital methodologies and tools to a traditional advertising agency, I actively reorganized the agency's internal workflow. I utilized Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design to generate innovative ideas that align with brand strategy. My approach involved:Conducting primary research through interviews, surveys, and observationsDeveloping personas and scenariosIncorporating human-centered insightsHumanizing the brandUsing decision-making tools such as the funnel (AAARR), impact-effort matrix, and others during the creative processFacilitating structured brainstorming sessionsIntegrating transversal skills for more diverse brainstorming sessions beyond the traditional art and copy duo.During the pandemic, I took initiative in proposing and training the use of new tools for remote workshops. libricity was a platform (www.libricity.com + iOS & Android app) where readers could search the books they want directly in the catalogues of their city's bookstores.As co-founder my role has been:* Head Hunting, recruiting and interviewing candidates;* Product idea Validation + Product Definition (still lot to learn);* Primary and secondary research, user journey, Prototyping and testing, Wireframes, Interface design;* Presentations, Pitching to investors and stakeholders;There are now more than 60 bookstores participating in libricity spread in 6 major italian cities (Milano, Venezia, Roma, Torino, Udine and Bergamo) for a total catalogue of more than 160.000 unique titles.Libricity is our third pivot in the trade book industry, before we developed a recommendation engine based on objective connections between books and an app to improve discoverability inside medium and big size phisical bookstores.

Created in 1995 by Lizá Ramalho e Artur Rebelo, R2 is a design studio located in Porto (Portugal). R2 develops projects such as editorial design, visual identities, signage systems, posters, exhibitions, as well as web design projects.As a consequence of its multidisciplinary, R2 celebrates partnerships with other project areas such as architecture, engineering, photography, writing or programming. R2 has conducted interventions in public spaces, creating scenarios, projections, exhibits and videos. Beyond these aspects, their work also extends to teaching, research, publishing, installations and interventions.Ramalho & Rebelo explore different means — static, sequential or interactive —, as well as different materials, like paper, screen or even concrete. The dominance of different publishing platforms, dimensions and materials allows a broad response that focuses the discussion on content and design concepts. From the dialogue between bi-dimension and three-dimension results highly differentiating projects that earned the best reviews of the international design community.Lizá and Artur have lectured in Graphic Design since 1999 and coordinated various workshops and participated as speakers and jury members in numerous national and international events. Currently, Artur Rebelo is an invited professor at Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the University of Coimbra. They have been invited to a wide array of international exhibitions and important museums. Their projects have been published in various specialized books and design magazines.

Tassinari/Vetta is a design office working in the fields of editorial design, visual identity, communication and exhibition design, mainly for public institutions, museums, major exhibitions and cultural events. It was founded in 1985 by Paolo Tassinari and Pierpaolo Vetta and is currently run by Leonardo Sonnoli and Paolo Tassinari. It can count on twelve people among partners, designers and other staff.Main recent identity and communication projects have been developed for the National Museum of Palace of Versailles, Palacongressi of Rimini, Palazzo Grassi and Punta della Dogana at Venice, Rome Archeological Heritage Service, Naples Teatro Festival Italia, the New Archeological Museum of Reggio Calabria, Modern and Contemporary Art Museum of Palazzo Belmonte Riso in Palermo, Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, Rome Modern Art National Gallery, Venice Biennale, Milan Triennale.Editorial works include the art direction and layout of «Casabella», international architecture magazine and of the architecture section for Electa, together with a number of projects for series, volumes and catalogues for Electa as well as over the years for Skirà, «The New York Times», Hatje Cantz, Marsilio, Federico Motta, Il Sole 24ore.
