I am a materials scientist with theoretical and scientific knowledge of polymers, metals, ceramics and composites, useful to the resolution of problems related to advanced materials.I had the opportunity to work for different companies, in contact with the production sector and the research and development group; this allowed me to integrate research projects directly within the industrial production.I was able to transfer the information obtained through the experimental results to the product features, thanks to a constant and continuous communication between the different business functions.The experiences in the physicochemical laboratories gained during university courses, and Ph.D., have allowed me to develop the use of the scientific method and to combine it with the new materials analysis, synthesis and characterization.During the intenship in Fincantieri, I have gained experience regarding management, planning and funding of research activities in the shipbuilding industry.I am a sociable person, dynamic, smiling, flexible and with a strong desire to continue to learn in science and in the business plan.I have passion for basket, sport wich I currently practice and I try to apply the same "teamwork" on the job.
