-Üretim iş akışlarının güncellenmesi ve düzenli takibi,-Üretim Planlama, Sac İşleme (Lazer + Abkant), Soğutma, Demirhane, Kaynak, Depo, Teknik Servis, -Lojistik ve Montaj bölümlerinin kontrolü ve yönetimi,-Günlük, haftalık ve aylık üretim planlarının hazırlanması, güncellenmesi ve kontrolü,-Günlük ve haftalık mesai planlarının oluşturulması,-Araç planlamasının organize edilmesi,-Belirli periyotlarla satın alma ve finans bölümleri için hammadde öngörü çalışmalarının yapılması,-Stok seviyelerinin belirlenmesi, güncellenmesi ve düzenli takibi,-İş sağlığı ve güvenliği kurallarının uygulanması ve süreçlerin düzenli kontrolü,-Haftalık iş emirlerinin takibi ve sarfiyat kontrollerinin yapılması,-Personel performansının düzenli olarak takip edilmesi ve yönetilmesi,-Makine bakım planlarının oluşturulması, takibi ve yönetimi.

-Haftalık, aylık üretim planı oluşturulması ve takibi,-Haftalık iş emirlerinin açıp kapatma ve takibi,-İş emri listelerinin güncellenmesi ve eksikliklerinin talep edilmesi,-Min. – Max. stok seviyeleri üzerinden malzeme planlaması yapmak,optimum malzeme stok seviyelerini belirlemek,-Kapasite planlının yapılmasını sağlamak,-Üretim planı ve öngörüler ışığında, hammadde ve malzemeplanlaması yapmak-Personel mesai ve vardiya organizasyonlarının ayarlanması,

-Haftalık,aylık üretim planı,iş emri oluşturulması ve takibi,-Stok seviyesi ve siparişlerin istenilen terminde üretilmesinin takibi,-İş emri listelerinin güncellenmesi ve eksikliklerinin talep edilmesi,- Hammadde/Yarı mamul depoların stok ve depo yönetimini gerçekleştirmek.- Fabrika üretim kaynaklarının (iş gücü, makine ve donanım) etkin kullanımını sağlamak
