Gudani Luvhani is currently the Executive Member of Sonke Telecommunications, an independent alternative telecommunications service provider. From August 2015 until end of March 2017, Gudani was a General Manager in the CEO’s office of Neotel, playing the role of an executive assistant to the Director In Charge Kennedy Memani focusing on operational strategic support.Prior to Neotel, he held the role of Group COO responsible for Nexus Facility Management, Nexus OP Company, and Nexus Connexion (SA) who was the BBBEE shareholder of Neotel. This role involved the support of black-owned SMME’s, transformation strategy for Neotel for a period of 5 years dating back to 2007. Gudani has also been involved in supporting Nexus Connexion with funders stakeholder management with a total book value investment of over R1-billion.He holds a Diploma in Information Technology: Network Engineering and a fidelity fund certificate with the Estate Agency Affairs Board.He is also currently a board member of Digibel Enterprises and Ngululu Technologies, subsidiaries of Ngululu Holdings an investment company. Digibel Enterprises is also a 30% shareholder in Blue Turtle Technologies, an IT provider servicing blue-chip clients in Telecoms, Banking and the public sector with an annual turnover of more than R300million. Gudani has also recently been appointed to the board of Global Sciences SA, a South African leg of the German-based Global Sciences with a focus on advanced ground-breaking research and development with a positive disruptive impact in the nanocarbon materials technologies, energy, and chemical fields to create local South African global impact Intellectual Property.
