As enterprise architect for Kering Group-China, I’m responsible for group IT strategy for China business and building synergy among different brands.Responsibilities to Include:#Define the architecture design around Ali Cloud as the strategic cloud environment for China. #Build China Data Lake roadmap, technical definition, and team capability with Ali Cloud and data sync/integration with the global data lake.#Setup CDP (customer data platform) roadmap for three brands and will cover all Kering brands in the next two years.#Build IT capability corresponding with architecture decision and help China IT Director to build the synergy between group IT and brand IT.#Strategy for Smart Retail for China.Projects Includes#Digital marketing, O2O, Data Lake, Data Analytics (Machine Learning), CDP/CRM, SAP rollout.#Data privacy project to build a rule engine for data transmission & sync on China customer data to mitigate GDPR & PII regulation risk.#Leverage Mirror technology that helps data and cluster synchronization btw China and Global (Europe) cloud environments and reduce migration effort.#Network Tunnel btw China & Europe (Frankfurt), Singapore MPLS for network access performance optimization for global applications.

Define the APAC-level IT strategy and roadmap for digitalization transformation and innovation. I'm the senior digital transformation leader. I lead ITBP & PM for APAC regions (China, Japan, Korea, India & Singapore). Lead the digital operation process design for both front-end sales operation and back-end manufacturing process. Overall program management on IT portfolios.
