• 1.7 yrs of experience with E Commerce (customer services-Inbound, complaint handling, emails).
• Supervise and schedule warehouse staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehousefunctions, daily warehouse activities & good understanding of warehouse management.
• Manage the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking,and Inventory management to order fulfillment.
• To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines.
• Preparing NDR (Non Delivery Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report.
• Logistics Management-inbound and outbound/RTO/NDR/GRN/GSN, 3PL, Monitor & reduce thereturn % by implementing the NDR calling system.
