AS a Senior M&E Officer I am responsible for the development and management of CARE Somalia’s monitoring and evaluation systems, conducting regular trainings for staff and to support the Program quality unit in developing and maintaining an effective Impact Measurement and Knowledge Management system.Also my responsibilities include to ensure that each project or initiative has a monitoring framework with the relevant tools in place that allow the measuring of output and outcome, provide information products to senior management that are based on project monitoring frameworks and support donor reporting

1. Coordination:• Act as a Coordination link between the Senior Management Team in Hargeisa, local communities and teams based in Sool and Sanaag• Planning and Coordination with all stakeholders in Sool and Sanaag • Providing back up and technical advices to team leaders when its necessary in terms of programming, dealing with local authorities2.
