Guleid Dirir is Somali political analyst who served as Member of Parliament in the 9th assembly of Somali Federal parliament which was the predecessor of the current Parliament. Guleid is also the founder of Tusmo Research and Consulting. Tusmo Consulting which is the leading field research consulting firm in Horn of Africa. Tusmo successfully implemented over 100 projects since its inception for the year of 2013. Some of Guleid’s core expertise include Political Economy analysis, Economic &Social Research as well as large Program Evaluations. Guleid has over nine years progresive experience in research, monitoring and evaluation of large programs in Somaliland, Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia and currently engaged a project in Djibouti. He managed nationwide surveys and targeted assessments in a very volatile Enviroment . Late in 2013 he worked on migration flow to Libya from Sub Saharan Africa for UNHCR.
