Was responsible for ensuring the right product was built in the shortest amount of time, and making customers successful. Hence, all the 3 customer touchpoint were under my team - developer experience, user experience, and customer happiness. Led to $2M ARR product being built, before I decided to quit and take a break to try other things.

At Signeasy, I work with a team of talented engineers, marketers, and hustlers to make sure you don't have to worry about signing again. Signeasy is an Apple and Google featured eSigning product that helps you digitize your entire paper workflow. I worked with design, data, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to draft the course of the SMB product line of SignEasy to be recognized as an Innovator and High Performer in the eSignature industry.1. Owned the SMB product line at Signeasy, grew the ARR 20x in 3 years.2. Headed the B2B product team, with another PM directly reporting to me.3. Conceptualized and launched the Signeasy API product from scratch. Single handedly ran customer development, sales, and developer integration until product-market fit was achieved.4. Executed multiple projects with significant product & revenue impact, including ones that failed.5. Introduced growth sprints bringing design, engineering, and product together to collectively identify gaps and improve key metrics like churn rates, activation, acquisition, and ARPU.6. Maintained strategic partnerships with Zoho (Writer, CRM), Microsoft (Teams), and Google (Cloud), co-launching integrations on their developer platforms.7. As the only backend engineer on the team, owned everything on server side and infrastructure.- Re-wrote the entire backend APIs from scratch, powering the end to end Signeasy service for our web and mobile apps. Handled over 500k requests/day. - Rewrote the file storage infrastructure, twice, to a more reliable and error free system.- Improved server health and brought the system downtimes to zero.- Restructured the deployment processes, introducing Git and Jenkins to the team.- Scripts for product analytics for internal use, and the owner for all data reports and analytics.- Handled L2 & L3 escalations from support teams.- Worked with Python, Flask, Git, AWS, Nginx, Redis, Apache & Jenkins.

Worked as a backend developer in the Customer Enablement Engineering department. Helped maintain a component which was Akamai's internal Splunk. Wrote REST APIs and did backend development for Akamai's online Store where customers could try or buy Akamai's products. I worked with Java, Hibernate, Python, Elasticsearch, Kibana & Logstash.
