Ricardo graduated in Electrical Engineering at UNICAMP - State University of Campinas in 2001 with telecommunications emphasis. He worked as intern at Unilever and then at Siemens offering mobile business solutions consulting for corporate market. He joint at Tetra Pak in 2002 for a trainee program developing projects in different departments within the company. Since then, he has lived in cities like Ponta Grossa, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Ribeirão Preto and managed customers in South and Southeast regions.He has worked with business development for São Paulo state returning to Campinas in 2011 when he contributed to the new business model and the office restructure in Paraguay during 6 months.In 2014 he started studying Law as part of his portfolio career finishing his second under graduation in 2018. Meanwhile he became Executive Account Manager and also is currently a Business Expert for SmartSales Programme, which has Salesforce as its main pillar for a global roll-out having Brazil as pilot market. He actively contributes to forecast and rolling forecast processes as Business Expert for Packaging Sales Forecast.Since 2021 he aggregated the role of Processing Sales Manager for some customers contributing to Equipment sales like homogeneizers, separators, mixers and other food solutions.In 2022, due to his legal and engineering background, he was invited to simultaneously perform Data Privacy Country Coordinator role being responsible for monitoring compliance of the organisation with all legislation in relation to data protection like LGPD and GDPR.Specialties: key account management; data privacy
