With over 20 years of experience in the technology and consumer sectors, I have an extensive track record of driving growth, innovation, and customer value through strategic and operational excellence.As an intrapreneur, I am passionate about finding new opportunities, building capabilities, and forming cross-functional teams to deliver results. At Samsung, I built both the first certified pre-owned (CPO) and the first trade-in program in the OEM mobility space, generating hundreds of millions of dollars of incremental annual revenue and enhancing customer loyalty. Now at SquareTrade, I am expanding the trade-in program globally, leveraging my expertise in reverse logistics, business development, product marketing, and account management. A recognized industry thought-leader, I regularly lead and join panels in the reverse logistics & consumer electronics industries.
