I am the VP/GM of Global Trade-In Programs at Allstate Protection Plan (SquareTrade), where I lead the creation, development, and scaling of trade-in, circular economy and asset monetization solutions for consumer electronics. With over 20 years of experience in the technology and consumer sectors, I have an extensive track record of driving growth, innovation, and customer value through strategic and operational excellence.As an intrapreneur, I am passionate about finding new opportunities, building capabilities, and forming cross-functional teams to deliver results. At Samsung, I built both the first certified pre-owned (CPO) and the first trade-in program in the OEM mobility space, generating hundreds of millions of dollars of incremental annual revenue and enhancing customer loyalty.
