Unified the leadership of the group, replacing three CEOs and delivered significantly accelerated growth across all regions. Diversified from Department Stores to other channels and aggressively leveraged e-Commerce via existing 3rd party platforms in the US, Asia and Europe. Drove innovation and delivered a stream of new products to better meet customer needs.

Transformed the business by building a new organization, designed to manage the iconic brands of Sears (Kenmore; Craftsman; DieHard). Delivered the first profitable share increase after 10 years of decline. Step changed innovation and expanded distribution into new channels outside of Sears.

Full P&L for the Feminine Care Global Business Unit across 16 countries. Managed marketing, sales, finance, research and operations as well as local market operation teams (customer business development), including two innovation centers and three plants. Turned around a declining business into 4 years of record sales, record market shares and record profits and attained industry leading market shares and profit margins. Strategic and operational interventions included a broader product portfolio; improved customer development and aggressive productivity plans to cut cost.

Full P&L for Beauty & Baby Care, Food & Beverages across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Board member with Chinese partners and the Hutchinson Whampoa group. Built organizational structure, turned around existing and created new businesses in multiple categories.
