Responsible for driving best-in-class customer experiences at every touchpoint and defining the brand voice and identity.Managed several aspects of major packaging redesign for all 14 SKUs sold in grocery stores, working with design agency, supply partners, and co-workers for a successful launch.Oversees all marketing communications. Designed and leads all aspects of Red Spoon Society customer loyalty program, newsletters, and scoop shop promotional calendars.
