Whoog is the first solution for managing staff replacements in hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, based on the voluntary participation of healthcare workers. It was born from a personal story. In 2010, following the death of a loved one in a hospital due to poorly managed staff replacements, I decided to take action with the aim of transforming the way replacements are handled in the healthcare sector. A solution – a paradigm shift – a "Blue Ocean" By co-developing the solution with our clients, we have sparked a genuine Revolution in replacement management, empowering employees to regain their decision-making power, while complying with legal frameworks, reducing the administrative burden on teams, and decreasing reliance on Interim staffing.We "evangelized" the market and convinced HR managers overseeing anywhere from 50 to 30,000 employees that a new method for handling replacements was possible. The feedback has been excellent, and user satisfaction has continued to grow. Whoog has been highly endorsed by Unions !Results. We secured the tenders from the two largest public purchasing groups, leaving little room for our 14 competitors in the public and nonprofit sectors. With 55 employees (over 110 recruitments including interns), 500 clients, and 300,000 daily users, hundreds of missions are launched each month. The company was break-even in 2017, followed by a seed funding round of €2.5M. The merger. To expand internationally, we merged with Medgo, the leader in large private groups, and thus began the Hublo adventure.My greatest proud is that through millions of missions already completed and those yet to come, the replacement solutions have and will continue to contribute to better patient care, preventing tragedies like the one that inspired our creation !
