- Leading the Financial, HR, Fleet, Sales Admin. and Customer Services groups - Critical thinking with the Managing Director to define strategy and solve key issues - Lead for planning cycles: Business Plan (3YP), budget, forecast & treasury forecast- Sales & Marketing pro-active contribution (BtoB & BtoC)- Development of dashboard, financial and non-financial KPI’s and scenario analysis

- Business Plan, budget and forecast elaboration, financial KPI’s follow-up- Business analysis and cost saving analysis- Strategic development and change management- Management Control developed as a link between top management and business- Active participation for the ERP implementation as key user in Business Analytics

- Monthly and Yearly closing responsible with board presentation- Cost optimization, variance analysis and risk assessment- Contact with banks (credit facilities and FX hedging)- Ensure compliance with financial and VAT legislation, policies and procedures- Financial and business control of the European subsidiaries

- Implementation of risk assessment, analysis, audit methodology, policies and procedures- In depth analysis of the financials of both clients and prospective clients- Set up of alerts, recommendations and active contribution to the design of follow-up tools- Member of the credit committee- Managing of the credit insurance, setting limits and follow-up post-completion

- Statutory audits and due diligences M&A- Organise the missions and establish the budgets- Supervise and advice teams of 3 to 5 people- Conduct meetings with the audited firm’s board- Liaise between the audit team, the firm’s partner and the audited firm’s management
