Jon Hsu has had the opportunity to work extensively in the financial services sector. As the co-founder and CEO of CodePay Inc., he spearheads a Payment-as-a-Service platform dedicated to revolutionizing ISV payment systems. Prior to this, Jon was the Vice President and Strategic Head for Global Enterprise Solutions at Fiserv, after an extensive tenure with Bank of America seeing him excel as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for their merchant services business, where he had varied roles from strategic planning and risk management to business transformation and channel growth. He's also been fortunate to support philanthropic causes, such as 'A Chance in Life' and the 'New York Hall of Science'.His earlier roles with Bank of America encompassed sales, operations, and retention strategy. His professional journey began with Best Buy, where he supervised financial services for Best Buy China’s co-branded credit card initiative before relocating to New York. Born and raised in China, Jon earned his Bachelor of Arts from Zhejiang University. A first-generation immigrant now calling New York home, Jon is a proud father of two, residing in Syosset.
