These coatings allow for high gloss in the mold, without the use of manual processes, a novelty. Also, the coating allows for the embossing of surface nanostructures, which are replicated in the plastic part. We are currently developing the processes for market entry early 2013. And we explore any further possible uses of these coatings, for instance in roll-to-roll processes for nanostrcutured foils. Several of our developments take place within funded research projects with many collaborators.We have recently established the entire process chain in a cleanroom situated in Farum, Denmark.
