I am an aerospace engineer (Politecnico Milano) born in 1962.After a short experience in aerospace industry,I made my career in production,from shift supervisor till senior VP operation (industrial+supply chain) of Pirelli Tyre worldwide.In between I was division controller,too.In the last 22 years I was in different positions of general manager or CEO in various groups (for ex english BTR, Pirelli,Sogefi) and worldwide responsibilities mainly in automotive (all businesses, car-heavy duty-2 wheels) and in all channels (OEM,OES,Replacement/Aftermarket) .More than 15 years outside Italy (mainly Germany,but UK and spain too).Fluent Italian-english-german and Spanish,while French is very basic.Since beginning 2015 I have my own company GF4BIZ dedicated mainly to turnarounds and ,restructuring...., then to management consulting &mentoring (ICF) and investments in startups (Design Italian Shoes, Idroplan,Design Wanted,..): main activities till now in automotive-textile-packaging-energy transmission-apparel-……Now through GF4BIZ I am partner of F&P4BIZ, born to support entrepreneurs and their “business community” on issues concerning the industrial and financial activities of their companies; in partnership with Maurizio Perroni we are an instrument for matching together industry and finance, presenting itself as a point of reference for those wishing to invest in business activities, both risk capital and debt, in contexts characterized by an important “focus” on industrial issues.
