Recently completed an undergraduate degree in International Business Management with first class honour degree. While at university I have been proactive and have taken any opportunity provided to me through completing a 12-month placement, engaging in extracurricular learning, doing additional qualifications (project management, 7-step problem solving, etc), working as a consultant for a local business, mentoring students on employability, and being a student course representative. During my time at university, I worked in hospitality where, thanks to my leadership and organisation skills, I was promoted to a managerial position within a few months. Moreover, thanks to the 12-month placement, where I led a site wide project, I developed experience in project management and further strengthened my communication, leadership, and planning skills. I am extremely passionate about sports, as highlighted by my involvement in a range of clubs within and outside university. From playing football since a young age, my desire to try, learn and master new things has pushed me to get involved in new sports in recent year such as: rowing, captaining the university team for two years and achieving the fist medal in years; running, founding a social running club within university, running a marathon and inspiring other people; karate and artistic gymnastic in which, within a year of training, I was invited to national competitions; and many more. I am looking to combine my passion for sports, my excellent business and interpersonal skills, and my desire to work in different countries and within a multicultural organisation. Therefore, I looking to persue a career in sports event management on international level.
